This Return and Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for orders placed on https://alkajewels.com.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.
You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing stuffiebuddy@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91 7014626702.
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
After 48 hours of delivery, we cannot accept return or refund requests.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
Earrings and ear accessories
Personalized or customized jewelry
Sale or discounted items
Gift cards and free promotional items
3. Return Process
If your return request is approved:
- We’ll share the return shipping address.
- You must securely pack the item and ship it to us using a reliable courier service.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/replacement.
⚠️ Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or wrong.
4. Refund Process
If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:
Refunds will be initiated to your original payment method (UPI, Razorpay, PayPal, etc.)
Processing time: 5–10 business days after we receive the returned product.
You will receive an email or WhatsApp notification once the refund is completed.

5. Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted only if:
The product delivered is incorrect in size or style.
Replacement is available in stock.
If replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued instead.
6. Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting our support.
Once the product is dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Prepaid order cancellations will be refunded to the original source within 5–7 business days.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Take clear photos or video of the product and packaging.
- Email them to WhatsApp us within 48 hours.
- Our team will verify and offer a replacement or full refund as applicable.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 days:
Check with your bank or payment provider.
